A b o u t V e r s e - V i r t u a l
Verse-Virtual is a special place. Unusual, to be sure. I imagine you won't find anything quite like it elsewhere on the Internet.
We are a community first. And then we are a journal. In the beginning the community came out of the journal. Now the journal comes out of the community.
Here, the focus is on kindness. Kindness and care. These, plus a bit of reading and writing make for what has become a virtual family. A large one.
The process couldn't be simpler:
Readers read the poems and articles in the journal. When they come across ones they like they write emails to the authors to tell them. Communication happens; friendships develop. Readers who want to share from three to six reviews with the entire community send their reviews to comments4vv@gmail.com. They will be sent to the group, and posted on our Facebook page.
You can find our Facebook group here: www.facebook.com/groups/versevirtual. This is the place to post news of your publications, career news, calls for submissions, and so on. It is NOT a place to post poetry - yours or anyone else's, but links are welcome. Please also participate in the community by responding to others' posts. Tom Montag is moderator.
