October Mist
The trees and the shadows Crowd the trail as I walk through the Misty October night The dark and the mist Distorting shapes into Something strange and evil The gravel crunches Under foot as a tall Slender figure Approaches A few steps further and it Turns to a trail sign Which I knew was there but The mind works overtime When you are walking on A dark lonely trail In the mist
