Bio Note—Christine L. Villa: I am a Filipino-American children’s book author and publisher who lives in California with a Maltipoo named Haiku. I am the author of The Bluebird’s Cry (a haiku and tanka collection) and the founding editor and publisher of Frameless Sky (a short-form poetry video journal) and of Velvet Dusk Publishing. My children’s books, poetry, mixed media art, and photographs have won awards and recognition.
