I like when words push
away from each other,
the old monk told the poet.
The more they do it,
the fewer you need.

If I could make them
sound like folk sayings,
I could be Anonymous,
the old monk said.

How far can
the poet get
from the poem
before you don't
see him,
the old monk wondered.
