Bio Note: I recently began writing poetry at nearly age 65, after retiring from a long career as an attorney. When not writing poetry, I enjoy hiking with my wife, and reading anthologies of 20th Century American poems. In addition to Verse-Virtual, my poems have appeared in The Lyric Magazine, Snakeskin, and The Society of Classical Poets, among other journals.
Images of Old Friends

Satisfaction
He lost a giant fish, Thereafter caught three more. Achieving every wish, But still it wasn’t four.
