Bio Note: A now retired English Professor, I taught at Suffolk University here in Boston for many years. But I've
been writing poetry for even more years than that. I have several collections of poems published. I much enjoy writing poems about
writing poems. And writing love poems.
Song: A Turnaround Day
Month after month— for how long?— my days were barren as an empty playground till we met—and as fast as a drooped leaf flutters in a breeze— the playground filled up with children playing in the sandbox— on the seesaw—the swings— everywhere.
