Bio Note: So much sorrow these past two years has tried to break my soul as a writer and person.
I’ve lost my parents and my dog. I battled and beat malignant skin cancer.
I am a published children’s book author and a poet, saved by science and hope and books and words, yours and mine.

Don't Give Up the Ghost
Windows open, fools rush in. Moths and memories mingle in the loneliness of a silent night symphony, ghosts scrambling for seats, circling, an ambush intervention. A phone rings, somewhere, wrapped in warped notes, but quiet and close enough to hear, long-distance calls. Voices familiar, unchanged by time. Words whispered, carried in invisible shots of bulleted breeze: “Don’t give up.” “Don’t give up.” Do you hear this Or is it just me?
