Addendum:  I forgot to say that the (optional) theme for the January issue was NEWNESS.  So you'll find many poems here that have to do with that.

A month, it seems, can go by pretty fast.  Before we know it January will be over and February will be upon us.  If you're thinking about submitting poems for the February issue maybe you'll be inspired by my OPTIONAL theme: LEADERSHIP (in any sense).  ("Optional" means that you may submit poems that have nothing whatsoever to do with the theme.) I want to receive submissions by January 15 if possible.

​All is well.  The Verse-Virtual family is thriving.  I have gotten many enthusiastic reports from you;
and while I'm very happy about the state of our union, I want to see more growth with each new month.  Please do me a favor and let me know about your experience here (ff@verse-virtual.org).  Your comments are always welcome.
