July 2015
I'm a husband, a father, a grandfather, an uncle, a friend, a pianist, a composer, sort of a poet, a painter, a piano tuner, and a retired teacher. I'm an observant Jew and a diehard socialist. I'm 64 years old and I live in NYC with my wonderful wife, Susan. And even though I don't have a college degree in English, I am the editor of the best online poetry journal in the world.
This is the one and only show
That ever comes to town —
Admission's free — and everyone
Is guaranteed a seat.
We watch with wonder — though we know
The curtain's coming down —
And who will believe the magic's done —
The performance — complete — ?
